I'm Kathy Holmes, Realtor since June 1996 and Became Broker of All Points Realty , Inc in December 2005. All Points is a full service Brokerage, with agents who cover general real estate and all kinds of niches-- like foreclosures, first time buyers, short sales-- you name it -- we can cover it!! I specialize in Lakefront properties and properties with acreage-- farms and vacant land. I love what I do and I try very hard to do it well. My business is truly not about the almighty dollar -- it's trying to listen and bring buyers and sellers together in a transaction that is fair and good for everybody. This blog is all about real estate for sale in Ohio-- mostly properties with acreage, but there will be some straight residential properties blogged about as well-- and a community event or local business on occasion. Some of the posts will be about properties that are listed by one of my colleagues. We engage in cooperative marketing to best serve the needs of our clients! I can provide you with all the info you need about those properties -- as well as accompany you to check a property out! I'll have videos of several of the properties-- and believe me-- they aren't sophisticated. They are primitive products--just me-- out in the field w/ a flip video camera, poor sound quality and I'll often have my grandson , Davien along with me. He will be four in August ,2011. There's no telling what kind of conversations/bickering you'll be privy to. Please be liberal with your questions in the comments section so I can answer questions for all.
